Everything about the hotel was awesome the whisky bar the spirit lounge the restaurant the pool. The room was fantastic. The hotel is like a maze but paying attention to the map located around the hotel and in the elevator makes a difference. It was great the pool was busy at times but still a vibe. Most importantly the shower water is hot. The hotel is walking distance to a lot of things or a short Uber ride.

10/10 experience here. Staff were warm and welcoming and very accommodating. The rooms were very clean and nicely laid out - loved the tiny washer/dryer. Everything looked like the photos. The location was perfect. The coffee shop on the reception lobby had excellent coffee and pastries. The restaurant Santa Marta which is located by the pool was fantastic. The only things I think would make the stay better is if the restaurants on the property offered room service and if room cleanings were every 3 days instead of every 7 days. Even still, my sister and I loved our stay here and highly recommend this place.

This property is newly renovated, very clean and modern. Location close to Metro, city buses, and close to tour buses. A seven minute ride to the old town Lisbon which is also very walkable. Room was equipped with everything you need, including dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer , kettle, kitchen with dishes and cutlery. Blow dryer and ironing board also. Lots of great dining options, including a coffee shop in and around the hotel. Amazing staff was more than helpful and friendly. This hotel is fairly large with a upscale pool area and is very well maintained.

This hotel is more beautiful than it's represented online. The location is excellent. Right in the center of city but on a quite street. Quite walkable!! Only disappointment is that we had to dispose of our own trash, make our own bed and were told to come to the front desk for towels and toiletries when we needed them. You would have to pay 40euros if you request for room cleaning before 7 days of your stay
