The property is fairly new. It’s room are of modern design. The staff are helpful and friendly. Two restaurants onsite with a wine bar and whiskey bar. Shout out to Felipe from Santa Marta restaurant for great customer service.

Location!! Extremely central - walkable or inexpensive Bolt or Uber ride to pretty much everywhere in Lisbon. Unlimited shopping and dining options very nearby. On-site coffee and pastry shop in the lobby was super convenient. Room was compact, well-designed and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. This is the perfect place to stay if you plan to be out and about exploring Lisbon and the surrounding areas.

As a traveler, I look for a hotel that's conveniently close to historical attractions yet situated in a quiet location. I'm not one to spend much time in my room, so I prioritize a clean and comfortable stay—crisp sheets, a comfy bed, and a hot shower are all I need. The Locke delivered on all these fronts. My room was cozy but perfectly adequate, with a queen-size bed that was just right. The four pillows and crisp sheets added to the comfort, and my room faced the inner courtyard, which provided a peaceful atmosphere. I appreciated having a washer-dryer combination in the room, which came in handy during my stay. My first experience with the Locke chain was at their Dublin location, which was a five-star experience. That positive impression led me to try their Lisbon location, and I wasn't disappointed. First impressions are crucial, and the front desk staff in Lisbon were outstanding. They greeted us with smiles and spoke perfect English, making us feel welcome from the start. They held our luggage until our room was ready, provided excellent sightseeing recommendations, and directed us to the breakfast buffet. The staff was attentive and ensured we had all our questions answered without feeling rushed. The restaurant experience was exceptional, particularly the breakfast buffet, which offered a fantastic selection of well-presented food. The staff made us feel at home, and we enjoyed dinner a at the hotel restaurant each night. The food and service were so remarkable.
