It’s a nice hotel, pool and bar up on the roof area, ground floor has a dining area and bar. The room was spacious had a queen bed and a bunk bed. It’s got a unique vibe, staff is friendly. Close to multiple night clubs on either side, surprisingly the noise isn’t too much to deal with. The lobby has a kind of sewage smell, not sure if there is much the hotel can do about that.
I travelled with my husband and 3 grown sons. The hotel has a very unique "industrial/ bohemian" style that was very eco-friendly, and really interesting and quite refreshing -- the furniture and overall design was very different from typical hotels.
The terrace had a bar, outdoor pool, seating areas and a ping pong table that the entire family enjoyed. The hotel was reasonably quiet, so we had free access to this space.
The food and service at the Mojjo restaurant adjacent to the hotel was very good. Prices were reasonable. Dinner was very good, but breakfast was ok as the hot foods served at the buffet did not stay hot.
It was nice to have free coffee and tea available on our floor.
The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Check in and out was quick! We were also able to have access to our room early, and had a late check out for an added 25€.
Pamela was very helpful - thank you for being so responsive and providing good suggestions for sightseeing in and around the area!! You were incredibly responsive during our entire stay! When we're next in Lisbon, we will definitely return to this hotel!
Very much a boutique hotel, the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and the hotel is in between the city centre and the metro and Belem, with trams and trains close by. Excellent weekend.
We arrived to the hotel, which is perfectly located near very walkable (albeit hilly) terrain and a nearby public transit stop. Uber functions in Lisbon, as well as an app called Bolt, so you can also use a car if needed, but beware that, depending on which direction you are going, you may want to cross the street or consider using the public transit instead. It can often be faster and much more convenient.
The rooms were very nice, and well laid out. The service was amazing; everyone was kind and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here a lot.
The customer service, property, amenities are all amazing! Really geared more towards adults but kids will like the vibe. Loved the room designs and large window to the very rustic/stone building in the back. My review is high but, one thing that I don't think is helpful, is having a sign in the elevator that says "Everyone is Queer". It's a political/ anti religion/ideology pushing statement. With the polarized climate from the US and Canada, most clients will not agree with these type of statements and will feel deterred.
Staff was wonderful and very helpful. We were able to check in quite early since our flight arrived at 9am Lisbon time and technically check in wasn't until 3pm. The room was spacious and clean. We loved the clay pots that were available for use during our stay. Each floor had a coffee/tea area which was convenient. The hotel was in the perfect spot. We were able to walk to quite a few locations. Also, there was Lime/Bolt scooters readily available just out the main doors. Our dinner was amazing at Mojjo. It helped us to translate the menu into Portuguese, however, if you are ordering make sure you show the item in Portuguese as it does not translate the best and our waiter was a little confused. The desserts were the best that we had throughout our whole trip. The hotel was perfect. The only thing that would have made it better would be to have TV in the room so we could watch Premiere League/La Liga during our stay. But all in all, would definitely recommend or stay there again!
Staff is friendly and courteous, Boiling water
tea coffee 24 hrs is good to have. Room lacks some basic amenities like mirror , dressing table, rooms not well lit . The only mirror they have is inside the toilet.
Please don't stay here! They have bed bugs and refused to give me a refund for the awfulness that is bed bugs. The rest of my 10 day trip was ruined because of this.
