Olá, Delia!We are glad that you liked our staff.Our biggest goal is always that the guest has, in general, the most nice and quiet as possible. We are very sorry that this was not your case. With regard to the problems mentioned regarding cleanliness, noise and breakfast, it is important for us that you know that, even if we have done everything to ensure that your stay meets your expectations, we can alwaysimprove in some aspect and we learned a lot from constructive criticism. In the last month, we reinforced our cleaning team and improved training to avoid situations like the one you mentioned. We also increased the breakfast with new varieties of breads, cakes, fruits, cheeses and more. We are in a constant process of improvement, therefore, we will undoubtedly be able to offer a better experience in a next opportunity. We also emphasize that we have a dedicated team, available 24/7, prepared to help resolve any and all questions that the guest may have during their stay.
