I had a terrible experience at this hotel. While at the airport, I called several times to inquire about the airport shuttle service mentioned on their website. There was no answer. When I arrived at the hotel via taxi, I began to feel sick and needed room service. I was told that this service was not available. When I tried to use the WiFi, which is listed as an available amenity on their website, to order some soup online, it did not work. The Wi-Fi did not work the entire time of my stay at the hotel. When I tried to call the front desk, there was no response. I had to travel to the lower level to speak to someone. I asked about local options to order some soup and tea and I was told that they did not know of any options. The employee pointed to the vending machine as an option for food. The following morning, I asked for the possibility of a late check out and I was told no immediately. I would not recommend this hotel. They need to focus on their amenities, local recommendations, and customer service.

Hotel is far from the center. Rooms are small for the price. Staff wasn’t friendly at check-in & throughout our stay. In addition, they never answered my calls before arriving to Lisbon and once in room.

Late arrival during a hectic travel schedule. Check in was quick and easy. I was very pleased with my room. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Lovely morning breakfast for a few euros. pleasant experience.
