The newly renovated apartment is well-furnished, nicely decorated with AC and access to the building's elevator. Besides its contemporary touch to the apartment’s look, it is also located in a very lively and bohemian quarter, Cais do Sodré. It’s walking distance from the Cais do Sodré Metro/Train Station and Time Out Market. Sitting close to the cheerful Bairro Alto and the glamorous city center (Baixa-Chiado), you have easily access to local attractions, bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

!!! The apartment sits close to the Pink Street, a very lively street in the evening. !!!

The apt is composed of a bedroom, living-room with sofa that if needed can accommodate a child (baby equipment has to be required on the booking), a spacious bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen. Here following you can check a detailed description of the apartment’s features:

. '1' Bedroom: it is a comfortable bedroom with access to a closet space situated on the hall. In order to give our guests more privacy, the bedroom is separated from the living-room with a bookcase (as per picture on the listing) and a sliding door. It is furnished with a double-bed and 2 stylish nightstands to help you get a relaxing reading time and better night's sleep after a long day out sight-seeing.

. '1' Bathroom: very modern and elegant, it is composed of a shower, a large mirror, a bathroom countertop and a toilet.

. Living-Room
Dining Space: the cozy open-plan living-room
dining space combines modern furniture and stylish decor with vibrant colors to create a welcoming and comfy space. It has two wide windows with double glasses, contains furnishings such as a sleeper sofa, chairs, TV on a sideboard, small dining table that is complemented by trendy frames selection.

Kitchen: if you like to enjoy a delicious homemade meal, although it is small, the brand-new kitchen is fully-equipped with kitchen utensils and appliances, such as coffee machine, sandwich maker, mixer, and cookware. So, this can be your “playground”. Ah, no need to worry about washing the dishes. Let the dish washer do it for you!

Additional Information:

. Information for Nacional Immigration and Borders Service (SEF). Information about your identification will be required, please provide them to your hosts. It is required to all foreign citizens, whether they are from Member States of the European Union or Third Country Nationals.. Checkin: from 4PM to 10PM. Checkin later than 10PM won´t be accepted. Checkout: until 11AM.

. Late check in from 8pm to 9pm has an additional fee of 30€.. Late check in from 9pm to 10pm has an additional fee of 40€.. If the additional late check in fee is applied, payment is due on the check-in.. 1 bath mat per bathroom + 1 set of towel is provided per guest. The set of towel consists of 1 shower towel + 1 face towel.. There won't be change of towels for stays until 7 nights. Thus, for additional towels during the stay there will be as extra cost of 10€ /set of towel.. For additional cleaning during the stay, the guest will have to require it upon the booking confirmation. Extra cleaning (same as cleaning fee) fee will be charged accordingly.

. The apartment should be left reasonably clean, without rubbish or leftover food. If the apartment is not organized as expected and instructed, there will be an extra cleaning charge.

. The guest will be responsible for any damage caused during their stay in the apartment, its furniture or equipment, or situations of extreme filth or rubbish. The cost for re-establishing the condition of the apartment upon check-in shall be charged accordingly.

. Please, always remember to lock the apartment with key while in- or outside the apartment. Before you leave for check-out, please follow our keys instructions that will be sent before your check-out day.. Please, don´t forget the keys inside the door lock during your stay or for the check-out. In case the guests (and the hosts) are locked out of the apartment because didn´t follow our instructions and house rules, i.e. prevented from having access to the apartment, locksmith cost of 200€ will be applied and the guests will be accountable and pay for it.

. If guests loose our keys, i.e we cannot find the keys of the apartment after the check out, it will be necessary to replace the whole door lock for security reasons. In that case, 200€ fee for lock replacement will be applied uppon guests responsibilities. We are very strict about this rule. Keys are to be taken very seriously.

To help you get started, you will get a short meet up at the house with our hosts. They will check you in, hand over the keys personally and provide you some good tips and recommendations for an unforgettable experience in Lisbon.

Transfer Information: It’s possible to schedule a transfer from the airport to our apartment’s address! The pricing is:* 35€ per transfer from 1 until 3 persons, with 4 luggages maximum.* 50€ for transfer for 4 until 6 persons, with 10 luggages maximum.If you’re interested, inform us about your details and schedule until 24h prior to your arrival.😊
