Fica a 4 minutos a conduzir da praia mais próxima "Praia do Magoito", 15 minutos de Sintra, e 40 minutos de Lisboa. Comodidades: jardim privado com piscina, estacionamento para 3 carros, um barbecue portátil, e lenha durante os meses de inverno.

Durante a estadia a casa é sua e garante toda a privacidade com o muro que limita todo o jardim. A vizinhança é sossegada e pacífica por isso é possível descansar em qualquer altura do dia ou da noite. A piscina é privada e apenas acessível por si ou pela sua família ou grupo de amigos.
