We arrive around 10:00 pm from our very long flight, and the hotel charge us € 90 extras for the time, I think is not fair.. Very dark entrance and the halls very dirty

We walked into a dark lobby with trash bins overflowing with several days worth of garbage. There were no signs or directions. Creepy. They converted one floor of a commercial/residential building into rooms. Our room had raised toilet room and raised shower stall. Window opened to overgrown trees -- probably buggy too. The whole place was creepy. Complete mismatch between the photos and what we discovered.

Quirky room in a beautiful city
It’s a quirky place. High ceilings but small rooms with shower and toilet ‘in the room’ as it were. A good rate but we probably should have paid more for the bigger rooms. Service was excellent and friendly.

The property is located about 15 minute walk from Rato metro station on flat incline — the sidewalks are cobbled so need to watch your step. A negative to the place is the lack of lighting in the stairwell and entrance lobby to building; the stairs are darker wood and hard to negotiate with the curve without good lighting. The place next door is undergoing renovations so noisy from that aspect but can’t be helped. The breakfast is adequate with same selections daily with a rotation of bread and pastries. The shower has good water pressure and gets hot quickly - watch don’t get scalded. Nice to be able to people watch from room to the park and see daily life of the city. Would recommend stay here.

Well, the room was nice and airy, like any facility to unpack your suitcase or put clothes away. With no dresses, and no luggage stands and insufficient hangers. As result of this sufficiency, I would wait at the hotel as a three star and not four star.
