What a wonderful welcoming place to stay. A beautiful building, helpful staff, luxurious room and the best breakfast buffet I have enjoyed in years. An experience so infrequently enjoyed In the air b&b age. Obrigado!

Spent 3 nights at this hotel and we loved it! Staffs are amazing and very friendly. Room was ready by noon. Tons of shops and restaurants around the hotel. Location is unbeatable, in the heart of everything! 15 mins walk to Time Out Market. 2 mins walk to the main shopping strip. Jazz performance every night between 7-8pm. Room is very clean and well maintained.

Packing service and the location of the hotel were so great! But the room and bathroom were a bit too small! Bedding also just okay. air conditioning some rooms work and some doesn’t. I stayed 4 nights in 3 different rooms throughout 2 weeks as we were driving South and north and returning back to Lisbon.

Loved the location of this property for our 3 night stay. Staff, food, location and value was excellent. Unfortunately we had a first floor room right near the entrance to the hotel and it seemed the metro system must have been right below the surface. You could hear every train go by. We managed but was not ideal.

The hotel is beautiful, and the service was great. The buffet breakfasts were delicious, and the dining room was elegant. Most evenings from 7 to 8, the hotel had a pianist playing. It was lovely sitting in the lobby and listening to the music while enjoying a cocktail. The concierge was extremely helpful with sights to see, getting around the city, restaurant recommendations, and arranging the taxi to the airport.

Grande dame! Wonderful to watch the dance the servers do as they weave around the breakfast room! But our four days got off on the wrong foot as it took 10-15 minutes for the bellman to bring up our bags—we were starving, just wanted to clean up, change clothes, go eat. No heated towel rack so towel was still damp at end of day. And NO IRON. A steamer is supposed to be safer? Bed fine. Shower? Meh. Music at 7:00-8:00 was delightful.
