Absolutely fantastic property walking distance to the shops and stores of Lisbon however it is tucked away and very quiet. Lovely restaurant and bar. 24 hour concierge who gave us excellent recommendations daily. Please use the hotel concierge for tours and also the airport transfers. The airport was hectic and I appreciated our driver Miguel that the hotel arranged. Excellent property I would definitely return.

Cute boutique hotel in Alfama. The location was amazing. Just turn left and you are in the most historic district in Lisbon. Good breakfast and friendly staff. The shortcomings were that the hotel was a little small and the room only had a window facing an outdoor shaft which made me claustrophobic.

The hotel is very nice. It’s in a great area of Lisbon. The hotel staff were not very helpful and really didn’t seem to be concerned with any of our questions. We were given a 20% off discount for one meal at the hotel. For some reason that couldn’t be used for the breakfast although no where on the certificate did it state that. It did state that it couldn’t be used for alcoholic beverages which seems reasonable. Needless to say we were unable to use the certificate. The hotel is difficult for Uber drivers to get to because of the location. The staff were disinterested in trying to help us understand the issue which was frustrating. In addition we needed to change money (dollars to euros). Initially the front desk staff told us to go to the bank which did not work. Then we were told to go to Western Union which also didn’t work. It seems like a hotel that caters to guests from all over the world should be able to help with these basic questions. I would consider staying there again predominantly for the location. I would not recommend staying there if you feel you need any assistance with basic problems you may run into if visiting from a foreign country. Or if you would like recommendations from a concierge service.

Surprisingly quiet for the area it is in. The lobby area is shared with their restaurant, which feels a little tight, however, going into the rooms you can feel how functionality is smartly applied to all their spaces. Loved the decor.

If you are looking to stay in a small boutique hotel with a perfect location this is the place. A beautifully redone old historic building with 25 rooms that oozes charm and sophistication. The room we had was small but had everything we needed. The hotel offers private and small group tours that they will book for you and the price was better than Viator. We booked ours prior to arrival to fill the day until we could check in but were enchanted by our tour guide. The hotel took our bags and they were in our room when we checked in. They delivered a small gift each evening, fabulous chocolate muffins one evening and some divine smelling hand cream another. A full breakfast was provided each morning. We were lent a iPhone to use for the totality of our stay which allows you to use data etc. Perfect if you do not want to activate your phone. There are many nice hotels but it is the little things that make a hotel stay perfect. Do yourself a favor and consider this wonderful little gem.

This hotel is excellent in all aspects. The front desk staff were very helpful. The room was large, very modern and had a beautiful view. The breakfast had a large choice of buffet items and you could order other items. WiFi was excellent. Easy walk to the main square and pedestrian mall.
