Great hotel, well situated between the Cathedral & Castle. The hotel was clean. The staff were helpful, and the food and drinks along with the lounge and bar areas were of a high standard.

small claustrophobic lift
Lovely hotel and really good food but the building work put me off - I wish I had been advised of it before booking. The main staircase is out of use and you have to use the disabled lift , I really did not like the small claustrophobic lift and if I’m using it how can a disabled person who really needs it , use it ?

Wonderful hotel in Lincoln city centre. Really friendly staff who always remember us and our dog Rupert. We couldn't ask for more and keep coming back year after year.

Very easy to find from where we parked the car. Expected at reception who were strait away available. Lovely room, suspect we might have been upgraded. Breakfast lovely and all staff we encountered very polite

Grave Misrepresentation on Property :(((. WEB SITE & Expedia follow by Adverizing PROPERTY that "ON SITE PARKING " ( qualified by " Hieght limitations" BUT no issue as I had medium size car. BAD BAD. On arrival C/in told HOTEL NO ONSITE Parking. Next morning ASKED in OFFICE and girl repeated "NO ONSITE atm becaused CLOSED for works in adjacent property. ". I daid
