The Space:
The newly built, 5-bedroom, 5 bathroom luxury cabin sleeps up to 16 people comfortably and is the perfect accommodation for your next getaway to the mountains. This home is perfect for skiers with ski-home access directly across the street and only a short walking distance to the owner's chairlift, taking you directly to the base of South Peak! There is free parking available on-site in the driveway and FREE shuttle service to and from all Loon Mountain basecamps and lodges.

After a day of skiing, soak your sore muscles in the home's private jacuzzi, or warm up with a coffee or hot chocolate from the complimentary coffee bar! The space features a brand new kitchen and dining area, with new stainless steel appliances. Enjoy your favorite shows on a wall-mounted flatscreen, Smart TV with full cable. Relax in the downstairs master bedrooms, both featuring king beds and private bathrooms! Hang out with friends upstairs in the home's bar and game room, featuring a shuffleboard table!

During the Summer months, enjoy the outdoor patio area featuring an outdoor firepit, comfortable patio furniture, and a grill to barbeque with friends! Access to the walking trails along the Pemigewasset River is close by, however, guests don't need to venture too far as the river runs directly behind the home!

The Neighborhood:
This home is located right on the Pemigewasset River at South Peak. Enjoy the relaxing sounds of the river as you soak your soar muscles in the homes Jacuzzi! It is part of the South Peak Home Owners Association, allowing guests to use the association's free shuttle service to and from Loon Mountain lodges, as well as access to the owner's chairlift! The neighborhood offers a private road for walking and access to the hiking and snowshoeing trails along the Pemi River! Located about 5 minutes from downtown's restaurants/bars, and 7 minutes to Loon's main lodges, this is the perfect getaway for family and friends!

Getting Around:
The town of Lincoln offers a shuttle service, The Shuttle Connection, which can be reserved by guests for rides downtown to restaurants, bars, shopping and more. The rate for the Shuttle Connection is $6/person. The home also features a free shuttle service through the South Peak Association, which provides rides to and from all Loon Mountain bases and lodges. Interaction with Guests:
