It was very clean and staff very good and polite unfortunately when we have stayed in the past the breakfast was far better ànd we looked forward to them. Now they seemed very basic and disappointing.

The hotel was clean and tidy, breakfast was good with a wide selection. Bedroom was a little noisy from traffic outside, maybe windows could be a bit thicker to reduce this

Good value for money Lincoln hotel
Nice hotel, very clean, lovely staff, only a double bed in the room we have come to expect at least a king size bed, but thats probably my fault not reading the details. Little noisy on the road side of the hotel but didn't bother us. Wiuld definitely use this hotel again

We had a friendly reception from the staff on arrival. Were able to check in at noon as the room was ready , with no extra charge. Parking was £8.50 for 24 hours but was more than compensated by excellent free breakfasts. Plenty of choice and good quality food. It got busy after 9am but we were warned about this. We had a room on the 6th floor overlooking the main road . There was some traffic noise but this didn't affect our sleep. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Shower pressure was a bit low but this was not really an issue . Within walking distance of the city centre and cathedral. Good sized room with plenty of natural light . Reception had plenty of coffees, sugars and milk when we ran out. Quiet around the hotel even though it was fully booked. Good value for money in our opinion and glad we chose to stay there.
