Quite disappointed by the maintenance/condition of the hotel. It was clear that there was not much attention to detail put into maintaining common areas. Carpets were dirty, fitness center didn’t seem to have been cleaned in a while, and the houskeeping carts were left out in the hall all night. The woman who checked us in seemed very nice, but she didn’t seem to have an understanding of what typical standards are in a hotel. I asked her if the housekeeping carts could be removed from the hall and she responded “is that a local violation?” I responded, “no, but it’s just kind of off putting” Carts were not removed after that. I would not stay here again. It wasn’t bad per se, but if obvious things like that are not attended to, I have concerns about attention to the details that are not visible.

Nice, clean room. Comfortable bed. Check-in went smoothly. Easy access to Interstate 80. Breakfast was slightly disappointing. Ran out of coffee and breakfast sausages well before 9:00am. Other than that, would book here again.

The bed was comfortable, but that’s the only good thing I can say about this place. There was dog poop in the hallway, gross things on the floor in my room, the shower didn’t work, the TV didn’t work, and the breakfast was pretty bad.

Receptionists didn’t welcome or smile both night shift and day shift. Room had plastic wrap from cup on floor and long black hair on shower floor. Gave me 2 keys to room good thing as one didn’t work. No hooks in bathroom to hang clothes when you go to take a shower. And no towel rack for hand towel so had to just lay on small bath counter. No hand soap had shampoo, conditioner, & body lotion, which I’d rather had hand soap instead of body lotion.

The rooms were fine, although the bathrooms are in need of an update. The shower had multiple black mold spots and the faucet was coming off the wall. The worst part of the hotel was the door locks on the rooms don’t function. It took 10-15 swipes to get into the room. Every time I went to the desk to get my key reset there were several people with the same issue. The final time the desk clerk came up with me and her master key didn’t work any better. Finally I decided to just put my electronics in the car and leave my room unlocked

Older than expected, fresh paint doesn't always cover everything. Bathroom door s/be replaced, looked like someone didn't know how to work the lock and shouldered the door open . The room doors locks were slow to accept the magnetic key if at all. Breakfast was acceptable but staff didn't keep up with utensils & plates. Coffee was closer to the front desk so no one knew where to find it in stead of by the other juice machine etc. Other than that staff was friendly.
