Ok overall
The beds are very comfortable and the room was OK. There was some mold or buildup in the shower and a lot of places in the hotel where the ceiling was damaged or cracked and leaking. The staff was very nice and Pleasant to deal with

Wall paper in bath/shower was falling down, upholstered couch and chair were filthy. Everything just felt too worn and used up. Bed was very hard.

I have stayed here in the past and had a decent experience. This second time around, checking in, they tried to charge me more than what my reservation email had said. Secondly, we had a handyman knock on our door asking if our toilet was working, odd! Then the thermostat on the wall wasn’t working at all so it was freezing in our room. The shower faucet looked like it had so much caulk on it and was separated from the wall. When the water was on, water was coming out of the faucet and cracks of the caulking. Lastly, we had no hot water.

Dated and floors needed attention. Spiders and vug inside the room. Strange smells in the hall way. The room was spacious with couch and chairs. Beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom needed remodeling. Towels and shower were good.

I'd stay here again!
The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is there are no towel hangers in the bathroom. We like to be eco friendly and re-use towels if we can but no hangers made it hard to dry them out. The rest of the stay was spot on! Room was comfy, water pressure and hot water were great, A/C unit worked great, and the room smelled fresh. Hotel is easy access to a lot of places.

The air conditioner could not keep up so it was hot in the room all evening and the unit was incredibly loud so it made it hard to sleep. The shower had very weak water pressure.

We have never asked to switch rooms before, but it took three tries to get a room that was functional. The first room had a leaky toilet, non functioning bedside lamps, and drapes falling down, the second room's door lock didn't work and we couldn't get in, the third room had a toilet that ran continuously, but we stayed anyway since we couldn't hear it with the bathroom door closed. Once we found a room we could use, we found it clean, the bed comfortable, and the room quiet. The receptionist was kind and apologetic about our experience and was quick to help us resolve the situation. If maintenance were attended to, this would be a good place to stay.

Stayed a few times and like the location. It's surrounded by plenty of food and shopping and easy to access. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

We had an overnight stay on our way home from vaca and this was a great spot! Nice and clean, quiet and close to the mall. Rooms were spacious, comfy and clean. My only. Complaint is that they aren’t very well equipped for today’s technology to be plugged in. But thats about it! We would definitely stay again!
