The property is a recently refitted and fully furnished 3 storey townhouse benefitting from being at the end of a quiet close with a large private garden ideal for relaxing, entertaining guests as well as a safe space for kids and pets play.
All rooms are furnished to ensure that you and your party are comfortable. Super fast broadband throughout, Netflix on both flatscreen wall televisions in the living room and third floor en-suite.

Home from home
Situated in a quiet cul de sac, the house is airy, spacious, clean and welcoming. The large garden was lovely to relax in with our dog. The host was prompt, helpful and friendly. We loved it and would definitely recommend it as a comfortable base to see Lincoln which was a beautiful place. Thank you.

Enjoyed staying here really close to town so in walking distance to everything. Quiet location as advertised. Property really clean. Just two suggestions a towel holder in the downstairs toilet would be good and an armchair in the living room to go with the sofa as there were not enough comfy seats for four people.

Excellent value and just off the High Street
This property was excellent value and in a good position just off the High Street in Lincoln. We had our own parking spot so did not have to worry about leaving the car and when we got into the property it was very clean and well maintained. Entry to the property was by a keypad and we were sent instructions by the owners on how to gain access with a PIN which was sent to us the day before we travelled so no problems with getting in. It would have been nice if there was a guestbook available for visitors to leave their impressions and perhaps some leaflets on what was going on in the area, but apart from that I have no negatives and would happily stay here again.
