Come enjoy beautiful Mattanawcook Lake with your family or group at our recently renovated, rustic, lake house and make some great memories! 19 Lake is centrally located in the heart of Lincoln. Just a short walk away from restaurants, grocery store, farmers market, a family park, ATV trails, and other local attractions. Spend the afternoon in the sun or in the shade of the huge maple tree by the water. Have a camp fire, enjoy some s’mores, or watch the beautiful star lit sky!
The space
This rustic lake house has 4 bedrooms - 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds; with 2 full bathrooms. Wifi, free washer and dryer, dining room, heat pumps that provide air conditioning on the first floor and window units in the upstairs bedrooms. There is a private dock and lake frontage in the back yard, with a fire pit. Lake front views from both downstairs bedrooms, while the master suite has a fantastic direct view. There is a Webber propane grill available for your use, as well as kitchen appliances and cookware.
Guest access
The entire house is accessible with the exception of a closet near the front door, the basement, and the detached garage.
Other things to note
Lincoln is a great place for dark sky viewers. Many available lookout areas, including the backyard waterfront of 19 Lake. Kayaks and paddle boards are rented for free at the town of Lincoln recreation department located at the nearby park.

Highly recommend!
We were very happy with our stay. Our daughter and son in law live in Lincoln and we traveled from Pennsylvania to visit. This location was perfect for us. We loved the house, and it was so relaxing to sit in the chairs in the master bedroom and look at the lake. We hope to stay there again.

Annual reunion
5 couples from college getting together. 1 couple has a beautiful property on the pond but not enough rooms. After looking for a waterfront rental, 19 Lake St popped up on VRBO. Absolutely perfect for our needs. Very well maintained and extremely clean. There is no coffee maker, only Keurig, so pack some pods if coffee is important to you. Other thing to note is there are only 4 wine glasses, no whiskey/rocks glasses or martini glasses. For a home with 8 beds, I figured tbere would be at least 8 wine and rocks glasses. I would rent this place again in a second, great spot with a great host. Chadd made sure to check in to see if everything was OK. He went above and beyond with helping with an extra table by the great fire pit.

Great place to stay!
We had a wonderful stay! The home is beautifully done with all the modern amenities. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable and you get an amazing view of the water. It’s within walking distance to restaurants and local shops and down the street is a park. It’s only 1.25 hours away from Baxter State Park which is one of the reasons we chose it. It was nice coming back to such a cozy place from a long day of hiking. It has the cutest backyard and we enjoyed the sunset and our morning coffee sitting by the water. Highly recommend staying here.

Hidden Gem
This property is a little hidden gem right in downtown Lincoln right around the corner from a park with beach access. You can walk to everything on Main St and the owners Keri and Chad are wonderful. They live two houses away and were happy to provide us anything we needed during our stay, though that was not many things as this house is well equipped with everything to make your stay enjoyable. There may be a declining building or two neighboring the property, but rest assure, this property is not. It is clean, newly renovated and the lake access is right out the back door. The downstairs bedroom with views of the lake is fantastic. Grill, fire pit, Ac, swimming and the like, this is a great place for a family or get away. We only wished we had more time to stay when we were passing through.
