There are also two beach bikes for cruising the neighborhood...Ebb and Flow is sure to please all your vacation needs!

Come visit this hidden jewel along the Siletz Bay.

"Ebb and Flow" is located on Siletz Bay where ocean and river mingle creating a dynamic and diverse, environment. Twice each day, Siletz Bay’s estuary is the stage for a slow, stately drama influenced by the moon, the sun, the wind, and the rain. Flowing channels, branching and winding across the broad sandflats, are filled with incoming ocean waters. As the bay fills, the rising tide spreads slowly across the Siletz Bay. The ever-deepening waters lift the eelgrass, fill the countless burrows, and creep into tiny channels that penetrate the salt marshes. Finally, the waters surge upstream to the edge of the forest and gently lift trailing branches of rhododendron and cedar. The Siletz Bay estuary is full.

For a moment, the drama pauses. Then as the earth turns, the ocean's push becomes a pull, and the waters of the Siletz Bay estuary recede. Before long, logs at the edge of the salt marsh are grounded on the sand, the eelgrass lies limp and flat, and tiny creatures are stranded in isolated pools of water warming in the sun. Red tailed hawks, bald eagles, and other raptors are seen roosting and a variety of estuarine dependent birds including great blue heron, great egret and many species of waterfowl are foraging in the tidally influenced waters. But in a short time, the cycle will begin again....

Ebb and Flow is conveniently located in Lincoln City on the Siletz Bay within easy reach of two golf courses, bay front seafood restaurants such as Mo's, Pelican Brew Pup, Kyllo's, and the many restaurants at Salishan's Coastal Lodge and the Marketplace at Salishan...plus Chinook Winds Casino, Lincoln City's Factory Stores and Depoe Bay. If you like Neskowin, Manzanita, Cannon Beach and Gearheart you’ll like the central location of Ebb and Flow.

Finders Keepers: Sand, Fire, Glass...It's An Art! Hand-crafted glass floats being placed along the 7-1/2 miles of public beach in Lincoln City, from the Roads End area to the Cutler City area. You find it, you keep it!

Find your own glass float during your stay at Ebb and Flow...located on the Cutler Point Dunes...a favorite hiding location.

Hidden Gem on Siletz Bay
Immaculately clean, well designed and furnished hidden beach house on Siletz Bay. Three king beds, big hot tub, nice deck and fire pit and just steps to the water. We also enjoyed the short walk along the shoreline to the Pelican Brew Pub.

Beautiful Beach Cottage
We loved our time at this lovely cottage for my mom's 80th birthday. There was just enough room for Mom, my sister and I as well as our 5 teen/adult kids. We enjoyed the sandy beach, quiet neighborhood, proximity to adventures and gorgeous weather. Having the kayaks to use on the calm bay was so much fun.

Very, very well prepared
This house has an incredibly cheerful vibe, exceptionally so. The layout and the coloring of the interior was done so well as to create a clean and uplifting feel. Also, I have never stayed in a vacation rental that was so incredibly well stocked with EVEVRYTING a person might need, unless maybe you require a breadmaker or a concrete mixer for your holiday :). Beds are terrific; we did not find them hard, as some reviews have stated. TV setup is really good, a rental rarity. Neighbors are absolutely quiet. Communication with the owner, Lisa was immediate, pleasant and helpful. The location is also quite unique to the usual Oregon Coast experience, mostly to the better. We've been up and down the entire coast several times and have not seen a locale quite like this one. Downsides? It can be quite windy, but, for us, that only occurred on one afternoon. That will kick up some sand. Also, hauling the kayaks to the Siletz River is a longer trek than might be indicated in the description. The strong ebb and flow of the river might challenge you, but is also part of the unique appeal of the river. The hot tub can be tricky; it did not work for us. However, it speaks to the overall wonderfulness of Ebb & Flow House that it did not really mar our lovely stay here hardly at all. We would come back again.

Beautiful Beach Getaway for the Family!
This house is excellent and functional for a large family/group. The neighborhood, location, and views are lovely. Homes in this area are very close together, so if you stay during peak times, there wouldn't be much privacy, and noise may be an issue. The only downfall to this home was the beds. All three king mattresses are very, very hard. Overall, great place and we would definitely return :)

Very enjoyable home!
We took our son and his family with three grandkids, ages 4, 6 and 7. The house is very accommodating for adults and children with plenty of space. Kitchen essentials are there but nothing extra so take any special food prep items. Great views of Siletz bay and a good beach to play on. We’d definitely go again.

Family fun at the coast
Layout of house was perfect for a getaway weekend with the extended family...games at one end (garage), gathering (table & dining) in the middle, and quiet time at the other end. Upstairs TV to appease the isolationists. Beach access with restaurants close enough for walking (if the tide was right). Kitchen/cooking facilities well stocked. Everyone voted to use the site again...soon!

Overall Stay
The home was in a great location. Hot Tub was nice and beds comfortable. The internet, as they mention in high speed is dial up and the modem was not working, so no WiFi and it was a weekend so no help. The amenities in the home were fine. The Games in the garage are old and either broken or we were afraid to play them because they may break

Great small getaway house
We loved the coziness of the property, the amenities and the proximity to Lincoln City without being right in town. It was rainy our first night there, but with the fireplace and the view, we enjoyed ourselves. The next day was warm and we enjoyed the beach and the hot tub. Just need to fix the stove. Natural gas and 2 burners did not come on. And it was odd that we had to find the microwave in a cabinet instead of in the opening above the oven. But we enjoyed ourselves, the company and the size of the house. Thanks for a great weekend.

Unless you want to deal with the property manager taking pictures of your car, harassing your guest, and not letting you enjoy your rental. I suggest you find a different place to enjoy the beach.

Beautiful, spacious home
We had a wonderful time at this home and absolutely adored it. It is kept up nicely and has a cozy beach feel. The living room, dining room and kitchen are very open and gave our group plenty of space to spread out. The location is absolutely amazing and the view is incredible. I can’t say enough good things about it. We went for my son’s 15th birthday with a group of his friends and they had a blast! All the rules sound excessive and seem restrictive, but weren’t an issue. We would love to come back here!

Nice View of the Bay
Couldn't get the TV's to work properly. Both bikes in the garage had problems- one a loose seat, the other a flat tire. The owner needs to install window covering in the master bedroom upstairs. Our grown granddaughter caught the next door neighbor peering in as she undressed. The property manager was rude, made you feel uncomfortable during the booking process. On the upside, the house AND VIEW WERE GREAT.

Looks better in the photos
Use this rental as a last resort! First of all the only reason we chose this property is because it’s listed as WHEELCHAIR accessible. According to the property owner the only criteria for wheelchair accessible is a bedroom on the main level... despite the fact that going up a set of stairs is required to get to the main floor. My grandfather had to be carried into the home and was too embarrassed to leave for the rest of the weekend. These stairs are “conveniently” left out of all photos of the property. We also were forced to check in late due to delayed cleaning of the home and it was STILL dirty. We found unwashed utensils in the drawers, had to deal with wet carpets because they had to be shampooed that day, an excessive amount of trash in the back yard, the gas stove didn’t work properly and the couch had such an odor that no one in our party would sit on it. Also, not sure what the cleaning fee is for because the property management company expects you to leave the house spotless upon departure. Despite all of our issues and inconveniences we dealt with, the property management company did little to nothing to alleviate all the issues we had to put up with. Their only offer was an email for late checkout that was not received until we were packing up Sunday morning. They did not care about our concerns and Lisa was very rude on the phone even though we were more than accommodating. I would stay away from Bella Beach Rentals.
