Leaking ceilings!
Great location good amenities was decent overall but it rained that night and our room leaked all over our stuff that night. I vious signs of precious leaks and all we got was a "huh that's strange" when we told them about it. No compensation or anything so watch where you put your stuff!

You get what you pay for. No carpet or rugs inside so wipe feet so there is sand everywhere, poor lighting, room was freezing, when ingot into room it was turned off, heat should be at least 50 in november at the beach. hair in the shower and on curtains, and bed is rock hard, but better then motel 6

I liked the location, the property was kept decent pn the exterior, but inside the room was substandard ! The maintainance is extremely poor, old dirty carpet,mold growing in grout. The electrical sockets were 1950's w/ no ground. No phone charger would stay plugged in. Extreme fire danger. Portable fridgerator balanced and not mounted. Can't believe what Expedia charged or graded this dump at !!

This place has an *amazing* view for the price. It's an older building so expect a little rust and such here and there, but if you want a good deal and an amazing view, do it.

We won’t stay again. The room did not match any listed online photos. Super outdated, empty hooks on walls where photos should have been. No air conditioning. Dirty sheets and pillow cases. We are so disappointed.

Fantastic view!
We stayed here on the second of a three night coast trip. This was our first time staying at this property and it was really lovely! The view out of our window of the ocean was spectacular. The room was very comfortable and the property is dog-friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

The woman at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was not super fancy, but it was great for the beach and for bringing our dog. We had a beautiful ocean view through our window, and although there wasn’t the greatest view from the hot tub, we had it to ourselves, and it was pleasant to be outdoors. We would stay again.

A great stay with a clean, comfortable room for our family and pet. Just what we needed for a quick getaway to the beach for one night. Beautiful oceanfront rooms and clean. Not fancy but had all the amenities that we needed. Would stay again!
