Beautiful Ocean Views From All Three Levels!

We are so happy to share our "Bella Vista" home in Lincoln City with you. It's warm and inviting with amazing ocean views from all three levels. Located in the Roads End neighborhood of Lincoln City, this tastefully decorated home is close to the beach. It is just a short walk and your toes are in the sand. The top level has a nice large kitchen with a gas stove, Keurig coffee pot, regular coffee pot, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, silverware and utensils. Lots of cabinets, a pantry, plenty of counter space and big eating bar with seating for 5. The dining table seats six. Plus, we have kept your little ones in mind with a kids picnic table, booster seat, kids dishes and a baby gate. There's a wet bar with a wine fridge. The living room has a comfortable couch, love seat and a swivel chair. Enjoy high speed internet, cable TV, 4K Ultra HD Roku TV, 4K Blu-Ray with a selection of movies and a nice sound system for your entertainment. Board games, cards, dice plus a full size foosball, ping pong, corn hole and air hockey table in the garage. On the second level you of the home you will find two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a King sized bed and a walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and a desk with an office chair. On the lower level is the kids room. It has a bunk bed with a double mattress, twin mattress on the top bunk and a pull out trundle mattress. Each bedroom has its own cable and HD Smart Roku TV's with inputs for your gaming console.
Lincoln City offers 7.5 miles of beach to enjoy. Sleep in and relax or stay up and play at the Chinook Winds Casino. Shop at the Factory Outlet Stores and enjoy the beach gift shops and restaurants. This is truly an amazing home, you may never want to leave!
Maximum occupancy is 7 persons. The exterior of the home is protected with security video cameras. Please take note: This home is three levels so it is not recommended for those with mobility issues.

This is a great house and everything was as described we had a great time and got to view some amazing sunsets while eating dinner. It is an extremely well stocked house. The only thing I would have wished is that there was more outdoor deck space to enjoy but not a big deal.

Beautiful location!
This house fit our group really well, everything was lovely, the kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels and extra blankets to sit out in the deck overlooking the ocean and heat the roar of the waves. Close to a grocery store. The only con was that the second shower was in the garage which my young kids didn’t like which made it a little tricker for us all to run out quickly in the morning. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the kids loved having so many TVs to watch what they wanted after a long day at the beach.

We were a group of 7 each not. Lost 2 and gained 2 over the 2 nights stay! We'd gladly stay again! Easy walk to the beach! Great views! The garage/party room is a bit dated and we didnt take advantage of any of it. The stereo tv equipment in the living room is complicate for any of us BUT we did finally get it all to connect and work.

We love this house. Its location is amazing and so handy to have public beach access on the same road. The extras in this house take it up a whole level. This rental has everything we needed and more. Very clean and well stocked. Great views of the ocean and only a short walk to the beach. I especially appreciated how child friendly it was. We have a one year old who is walking and having a retractable gate at the top of the stairs meant we should relax and let him play. Would stay there again.

Perfect Beach Vacation in PNW
This house was perfect! Amazing views from every room! Super comfortable beds. Kitchen had every item needed. The game room was a hit with all of us. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the property. The owners were great at communicating and made it such a simple process. They thought of everything. 4th of July Family Farewell
Pros: Stunning views, easy access to local area, no need to leave the balcony to see the fireworks in all directions late into the night, spacious, well stocked with most of what we needed/wanted, everything was very comfortable to sit on or sleep on. Very clean and easy directions for those electronically challenged. Cons: 3 flights of stairs to main level was very hard on the older members, no AC during a heat wave made for a very warm living room/kitchen area late in the day, large/busy lawn service showed up at 8:15 am the morning after the late night holiday (We really would have appreciated being able to sleep in a bit later), No pets allowed. All in all, a great place to stay if you are an active family that doesn’t mind it a little warmer in the afternoon (you can always open all of the windows and patio door) for a nice cross breeze. I would bring my regular family members here if/when we have someone to watch our 2 dogs. This location does not allow pets. Thanks for a good couple of days.

House was wonderful with plenty of amenities! Plenty of beds for everyone, great kitchen with everything you need, and the view from the upper floor was awesome. Kids had a blast, after having a long day at the beach, using the rest of their energy to play some ping pong, air hockey, or use the foosball table. Overall very happy!
