Staff was super friendly and accommodating. We felt super fancy because they met us at the Uber and carried my bag up the stairs and then up to our room without me asking. When we needed more towels, sugar/tea, they brought it right up. Breakfast buffet wasn’t bad. They also have food that’s not out in the buffet like French toast, but you have to let them know you want it for breakfast and it’s also free. The only thing I would say is the shower has a humongous step getting in and out so be careful. It was made for a giant. (I’m 5’6”) would stay here again and wasn’t ready to go home!

Extremely affordable hotel in Miraflores and close to the ocean parks by foot. Several top-notch restaurants close by as well. The staff is friendly and the hotel rooms are clean. The amenities of the hotel are not like a Ritz Carlton but everything else makes up for it.

This hotel is great, so are many other hotels. What make this place so damn special is the service hotel staff provided to us. My wife got sick and needed blood pressure monitor and receptionist Lana personally walk to a nearest drug store to get it. She called in-room service doctor and waited in the room until medial staff arrived. And the breakfast is delicious, location is great for the price.

I had been there once already. This time, I was initially assigned with a room in the 7th floor, right beneath the hotel´s pump room. This means that it was a very noisy room so I had to ask for another one.

Beautiful hotel. Spacious room. Very comfortable. supportive staff, particularly in making taxi arrangement from and to hotel. Immediate neighbourhood good restaurants but hotel breakfast good and plentiful. Lovely stay.
