I loved that the hotel was very clean. They have a bar and restaurant. The lobby is very elegant. I had a wonderful stay. Would stay there again in my next visit.

It was horrible stay. They did not provide anything what they have advertised.. shame 1. There was an air condition in the trim but guess what not working. Did not allow to me to change room. 2. No breakfast buffet as described on website. 3. Gym is pathetic. Majority of the machines were not working. 4. Reception staff was not ready to listen to my complaints.. total waste of my money. Would NOT recommend any one to stay there

I stayed at this hotel because it was close to the airport so I could easily get to my early morning flight without dealing with the crazy traffic in Lima. My room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was fantastic.

Room and hotel in general was very clean. Staff was wonderful. Plenty of cheap food options around. Light sleepers beware. 2nd fl has a loud maintenance room that beeps all day, everyday. Hotel is also directly under a flight path.

The overall impression of the hotel was better than expected including a frig & kettle (but both coffee, tea, drinks cost money). Staff was pleasant & we received a 'to go breakfast'. Staff also arranged for taxi pickup, although the reservation to the hotel was unpleasant mostly due to a language barrier. Trip to airport was fine. 2 negatives which bring my opinion down considerably. 1. Don't remember staying anywhere that didn't provide at least paper cups for brushing teeth. 2. Only give 1 bottle of H2O for 2 people on the first night. They don't seem to value you as a guest after the first night as no H2O is provided for additional nights - pathetic (Note: you can buy it from the frig).

we didn't know about lima but as soon as we got to the hotel, we knew we were in a not so safe neighborhood because every store, including this hotel, had a security guard at the entrance. because of this, we didn't dare to walk far but just went to the cafe across the street for dinner. even that cafe had a security guard! the hotel itself was modern and clean. staff was helpful. when i discovered that i left my backpack in the lobby, we called them and they already had it secured and told us that we could get it back when we were back from Machu Picchu. when we were there to retrieve the backpack, the front desk staff didn't know anything about it but luckily the security guard remembered and got it for us and i was so thankful for that. but of course, we were able to speak spanish, otherwise, it would be very hard to communicate. anyway, very honest and helpful staff.

We arrived late via airport transfer which was organized by the hotel. Very clean rooms and property. The most comfortable mattresses ever including better than at home. We arranged for an early shuttle back to airport for early morning. When we came down the shuttle was there and they even had a breakfast bag and coffee to go for us because we would have missed the complimentary breakfast. Wehave never had that before in all our travels. Way to go
