The property is on a good location, Wong market is near by and easy to take the public transportation to go around. Staffs are frienly. Simple place but it is.clean

Conveniently located base for exploring Lima
I had a room on the first floor with private bathroom. The room was large and comfortable however no heating (although ample bedding, so not cold in bed), shower was lukewarm and there was a fair amount of background noise (probably made worse by my room being located on the corner) from the road and the late night opening outdoor eatery across the intersection ("El Enano"), which is well worth the visit for their food/freshly made juices/shakes. It is not a modern place - furnished in a vintage/retro style which gave it a good feel. Breakfast was very good - nice basket of bread/cakes, juice, fruit, plenty of coffee/tea. Friendly staff. Good wifi. Stored my bags and were fine with me hanging out in the common area until my late night flight. It is about 15 minutes walk from the Miraflores shopping area.

Clean Quiet and within walking distance to Kennedy Park, feel safe even at night Comfortable bed Good WiFi Hot shower, but only one bathroom for the whole floor (about 6 rooms)
