For the money this hotel is okay. It's not a very good location if you prefer to walk everywhere like me but good for a lot of bus stations. It's very dated and needs a lot of TLC but for one night it is okay

Reservamos una habitación con cama matrimonial y cuando llegamos nos dieron una con una cama individual y una twin, al consultar en recepción nos dijeron: las habitaciones se dan conforme se llega, a lo que pregunté si no respetan la habitación escogida por el cliente? Estuvimos a punto de irnos cuando la recepcionista nos dijo: se acaba de desocupar una habitación con las características que usted indica, si gusta los paso? Decidimos aceptar el cambio ya que por un compromiso era el hotel que nos servía, se escucha todo lo que pasa en las habitaciones, uno de los días que nos quedamos nos despertó un bebé que estaba en la habitación de al lado a las 5am!! Es un punto importante a mejorar. El internet, pésimo super lento y si se movía el celular al baño ya se desconectaba. La ducha del baño sí tiene 10 de 10, excelente.

La gentillesse du personnel de chambres et de la receptionniste de nuit est remarquable. L hotel sent l humidité tres tres fort et la peinture des murs decolle. Les fenetres sont peu de qualité alors on entends le traffic de la rue en tout temps. Ils sont gentils mais n ont rien offert pour compenser mon dejeuner inclus que j allais manquer vu mon vol avant. J ai demandé un fruit ou un café et ils n ont pas accepté.
