I booked this hotel to stay 2 nights. I arrived early and asked them if the room is ready. They said it has to be 2pm. Okay that’s fine. I hung around in the area and came back, heard couple groups of people just got let in early. I asked again the front desk that why can other people check in but me? She just smile and shakes her head like what does that even mean? When we were checking out today around noon. I saw them handing out keys to some customers, so they pick and choose who can get the room? I would like a refund from this booking.

Good location, near restaurants and a 10 min. walk to the tajamar. Very noisy, we had to change rooms because or the bad smell in one. Breakfast options very limited and not great :(
