Our 50 m² studio-gîte is upstairs on a mixed farm (wheat, corn and potatoes). Access to the upper floor is via a comfortable covered staircase, located above the owners' garages.

Our accommodation is just 1 km from the town centre, where you will find all the shops and services as well as a swimming pool and a cinema for your moments of relaxation.

Living room/bedroom with equipped kitchen (4-burner induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, extractor hood, washing machine, no dishwasher).

1 bed 160 x 200cm (maximum 2 people in the gîte). 100cm TV.

Secure parking: Large shared courtyard with the possibility of parking 2 vehicles.

Sheets and towels provided. Electric heating. charges included. WIFI (fibre). Located in the north of the Lille Metropolis, our cottage is just a few kilometers from the Belgian border. Halluin and its surroundings are full of treasures to discover. Whether you want to explore the surrounding countryside, visit historical sites or immerse yourself in local life, our cottage is the ideal starting point.

You can easily get around thanks to public transport located just 200 meters from the cottage, with regular connections to Lille, Tourcoing (Ouigo station). You can also discover the cities of Menen (Belgium) 3 km away, Kortrijk 14 km away, Roubaix (Museum of the Swimming Pool) 14 km away, Villeneuve d'Ascq (Stade Pierre Mauroy Decathlon Aréna) 20 km away, Lille 23 km away, Tournai 40 km away and Ghent 60 km away.
