It will be nice to inform customers about the process of checking in. Specially late night check in since there are no staff and doors are locked. Rude people you get on the phone can’t spend time to help you. Very scary place for a lady who first time visit the country and fo not know anything about the area.

Nice stay
The hotel is hard to find via both Apple Maps and Google Maps. They think it's on the highway behind the hotel. I arrived on Sunday and no staff there but the machine giving me the code to my room worked fine. It was just a bit different. Breakfast is good, a bit over crowded at times. For breakfast, they have the the best croissants I had in Paris. Also great choice of Yogurts (Malo). Scrambled eggs could be improved. Lots of parking in front of hotel.

Good Hotel
Quiet place. The only things, the front desk opens few hours and still closed the most of the time. No coffee maker in the rooms. For handicapped persons this not a good hotel for you. There is no body lotion or shampoo in the rooms, etc. But, it’s a good place to rest and unstress yourself.

L'hôtel est situé dans une zone industrielle, ce qui n'est pas dérangeant du tout le week-end. J'ai du changer de chambre, et j'ai vraiment eu beaucoup de chance cette fois-ci , car une employée a été présente quelques instants. Pas de bouchon pour le lavabo et l'écoulement de la douche ne se faisait pas, ce qui a inondé la chambre. Nouvelle télécommande minimaliste pour la tv avec des touches effacées. L'enregistrement à l'accueil automatique était très capricieux , il a fallu recommencer maintes fois pour que l'appareil veuille bien valider. Bref ! Sinon, le couchage est bien et la chambre aménagée avec logique.

J'étais de mariage ce jour. Arrivée autour de 15h30 office reception fermée. Je me suis dirigée sur la borne pour obtenir ma chambre et le code d'accès. La référence de réservation introuvable. Après plusieurs tentatives sans succès je m'adresse à l'assistance téléphonique qui a son tour ne trouve pas mon enregistrement. L'assistance me propose d'attendre il va tenter de joindre la gestionnaire, échec Dernière solution proposée d'attendre 17 heures l'arrivée du personnel de service pas de choix. Comme pour enfoncer le clou la personne d'astreinte était en retard. A son arrivée elle ne trouve pas ma reservation non plus. Au bout de 20 minutes de recherche elle fini par trouver mon nom nouveau problème mon règlement n'etait pas enregistré heureusement que je detenais mon reçu de paiement. Une bonne heure supplémentaire d'attente. Ma cérémonie gâchée. Je ne suis pas prête à faire une reservation dans ce type de système d'hébergement. Très déçue. Jeanne Claire

Séjour très confortable, au calme avec une vue depuis le 2ème étage sur de la verdure (terrain à l'arrière), le wi -fi fonctionne très bien et c'est très important pour moi, bon lit, l'équipement de la sdb est en bon état (bon écoulement), il y a un ascenseur silencieux et un défibrillateur en état de fonctionnement et le parking est sous vidéo surveillance
