We regret to hear of the issues you mention and urge our guests to let us know of any concerns while on-site, we would have assisted with the airconditioning immediately or found an alternative room, if available. Sehr geehrter Gast, danke für Ihren Erfahrungsbericht zu unserem Hotel. Wir haben gerne gelesen, dass Sie sich bei uns insgesamt wohlgefühlt haben. Bitte entschuldigen Sie die nötigen Zimmerwechsel. Es freut uns aber, dass das letzte Zimmer Ihrem Geschmack entsprochen hat. Aus Sicherheitsgründen verwenden wir im Badezimmer nur Plastikbecher, um Unfälle mit dem Marmor zu vermeiden. Sie haben jedoch Glasgläser im Raum. Danke auch für Ihre netten Kommentare zum freundlichen Service unserer Mitarbeiter und unserem leckeren Frühstück.
