We had a very pleasant stay at Les Grands Vignobles. Laurie was welcoming and friendly. The house was clean and tidy with all facilities you could want and we enjoyed the outside space with the view onto the vineyard.

Very clean (excellent), well located house with plenty of space for families or friends. Pleasant view on a small vineyard Convenient with large area to prepare, and store, food. Good communication too made our two night stay very relaxing.

Great place for able-bodied guests. Spiral staircase a bit tricky for older folks and upstairs shower floor very slippery - a rubber mat would help. Kitchen well-equipped and dishes were attractive. Units would be ideal for families.

Really spacious accommodations in what seemed to be new buildings. More than enough space for a family of 4, and the proximity to Saint Emilion was excellent. Easy drive back and forth through the beautiful countryside.

Great family sized townhouse with aircon
Great townhouse right next to a vineyard. Everything was excellent. I was travelling with 3 younger children (all under 10) and my wife and mother-in-law. The townhouse had plenty of space for us all, with a fully functioning kitchen and eating space, as well as two bathrooms+toilets (one of which had separate toilet). Wifi worked perfectly and the TV also worked well (was able to connect my own device to watch Netflix etc via HDMI). Last mention, but maybe the most important, was that there was aircon unit in all rooms (not bathrooms) - that was so important as there was 35-38 deg outside during our 2 day stay, which meant with A/C, that I could actually sleep at night! The city of Libourne is lovely, within about 2 minute drive and a Carrefour also within 2min, so everything was very close :-) Used the house as a base for visiting St. Emilion, which had city center within 10min drive. All in all, very highly recommended, would definitely stay again.

Like staying in a condo
Les Grands Vignobles consists of about a dozentownhouses clustered in Libourne, about 20 minutes from St. Emilion. A family could easily stay there, as our "residence" had a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and three bedrooms. The place was clean, comfortable and attractive, but the relatively new construction was poorly done in some places. The manager was friendly and helpful. Overall, the residence made a nice, moderately-priced place from which to explore the Bordeaux area.

Excellent House
Greatly enjoyed our stay. It is a semi detached 2 years old property ( in a group of 14 semi detached ). Three bedrooms ( two double bedrooms and one with four bunk beds), two walk-in showers , comfortable sitting room and kitchen at the rate of £35 per night per property .Vineyards just looking out the windows. The location is 10 minutes walk to a shopping complex. We ( two retirees ) travel extensively and this is the most comfortable accomodation that we experienced for the last ten years. Full marks !!!

New, Modern and Great Location
The buildings are quite new and have all the modern conveniences. The units are also very spacious with a lovely out door patio. The location is close to St Emilion, Pomerol and other wine destinations all of which can be reached by bicycle.

Fabulous apartment with multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, ewuipped kitchen, large living area. Efficient, friendly and helpful greeter on site. Place is really perfect. Would have liked to have stayed longer. Do bring your own soap, though. Still 5+ stars. And a bargain.

Comfortable and spacious
Our stay was great and we were very happy. Our host offered us loads of help, dining, and tourism information and was easy to get in contact with. The value for the price is incredible. The kitchen is functional and the property is very close to a large supermarket. Libourne is a small town between Saint-Emilion and Bordeaux, which was why we selected it. Tip: everything in this town is closed on Sunday. Wine tasting around Saint-Emilion and Bordeaux is by appointment ONLY. The only somewhat negative feedback I have from our very nice and comfortable stay was that it would be nice to have a hand towel and soap in each bathroom and more than 1 towel per guest for the entire length of the stay. Also, as mentioned in another review, the bed pillows are definitely odd Overall, we are very pleased!
