it would’ve been OK if I hadn’t of been kept awake all night by the people upstairs I called the desk twice and it seemed that they didn’t care because it sound like it is tearing the room apart upstairs and I’m very disappointed

Our "suite" was pretty austere and sterile, but was clean and the bed was comfortable. The elevator was not working at the time, but we were able to manage the stairs to the second floor. Please note that the kitchenette has no dishes, pots, pans, etc--nothing, although it did have a working frig, which was helpful for us on our recent road trip east.

It was a shower and a bed.
The elevator was broken. I had no trouble navigating the three flights repeatedly, but would’ve been difficult for others. No curtains on the window in my room! I also saw a roach in the room. I’ve never seen one in a hotel room before. The stairwell was a bit smoky. The smokers hung out by the exit.

Poor
First room I was placed in smelled like cigarette smoke and smelled poorly. I was placed in a second room and the fridge was dirty on the outside and once the heat was turned on, it also smelled like cigarette smoke. The bed killed my back and the pillows were nonexistent.
