The smell in the elevator and hallways was unbearable and seeped into the room. The bathroom was filthy and was not cleaned -hairs on the floor and toilet.

Customer service was not up to par...the property manager was very rude, unpleasant, and unprofessional.... i would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The roooms, hallways, and elevator smell like smoke. The washer and dryers will take your money and dont dry your clothes. Unpleasant experience

That the first room I went into the TV what didn't work the second room TV remote wouldn't work the TV but TV work and then the alarm fire alarm goes off at 6:00 in the morning

The front desk staff was excellent. Very friendly, very helpful, wanted to make sure my stay was pleasant. The location was decent----convenient. My room was not clean. It didn't appear that the room was cleaned or bedding changed since the previous guest checked out. The bed didn't have a blanket/comfortable and the pillows were in the middle of the bed, sheets did not appear to be changed. I was able to get new sheets from staff and make my own bed up, though they did not have a comforter/blanket----but the AC/Heat worked, so that wasn't a big deal. The floor of the room was dirty----bathroom was pretty clean. I didn't really use the kitchen but noticed that the microwave, inside, had a build-up of dried sauce/food on the inside, including the glass tray. The room had a weird odor when I entered, but after running the HVAC, coming and going a few times and staying for a couple nights, the odor seemed to clear up. It's possible this room hadn't been used in a long time? There was tape on some of the kitchen cabinets and I think a missing drawer. For the purpose of my stay, it wasn't terrible. I was not spending a lot of time at the hotel, so it didn't matter much. I think the property has a lot of potential but needs a really deep cleaning and some things replaced or at least repaired. Someone needs to go through and check that the sinks don't leak, toilets work, etc. Only other complaint was that some of the guests were sketchy and loud. Employees were great.

My room has trash all in it, including USED toilet paper in the bathroom sink. When I reported it, they had us change rooms. I had to wake my son up to do, as it was after 10 pm, and we had lost power. Super upset about it. Lay at the front desk was super nice, but that room should have never been marked clean. Ever.

Key didn’t work half the time. TV didn’t work-requested three times for it to be fixed in two days and nothing. Noticed people opening the outside doors with no keys by pulling very hard on them-not safe.

Looks nothing like it did online
The place was dirty, smelled horrible in the hallways and elevator, looked like it hadn’t been updated since the 80’s, the type of people in the hotel were shady looking and made me worry about my safety and the safety of my vehicle. Oh and I had to kill two bugs!!
