The moment you walk in you are consumed by an amazing smell! The lady that checked us in was awesome. Then it all went down hill. The "heated" pool was not, it was ice cold. The "Whirlpool" doesn't exist, they got the wrong sign during construction. We asked multiple times if anything could be done about the temp of the pool and nothing happened. We chose the hotel for the indoor pool and hot tub so it was disappointing. First day, we returned to find that housekeeping removed our towels but didn't replace them. We had to go downstairs to the desk to get them. The shower head dripped all night in the shower on the metal drain. Honestly i would have expected some discount however nothing was offered. Definitely will choose another hotel on my next trip to the area.

Plenty of parking facility was clean. Beds were on the firmer side, sheets were rough. Water Pressure was low and the bathroom door frosted glass. Night front desk were professional. The morning staff complete opposite unprofessional from their body language to their tone of voice.
