A convenient, pleasant home-away-from-home
We visit Lexington once or twice a year to spend time with family. It was a joy to "come home" at the end of the day. The kitchen is very well stocked, the layout of the home is convenient, and the primary suite was relaxing. We hope to return soon.

Great house!
This was a terrific house for our 3-generation family trip! * safe, comfortable residential neighborhood near lots of stores * well-stocked home (plenty of dishes, silverware, baking pieces, cleaning supplies, etc.) * attractive decor with horse and bourbon themes * super easy check-in process * very accommodating host * great layout (3 bedrooms upstairs, each sleeping two people; 1 bedroom on the main floor) * spacious area for us to hang out, eat together, and play games * pleasant fenced backyard with outdoor furniture and a fire pit * easy parking for four vehicles, plus plenty of street parking nearby The only slight negative was that the main floor bedroom let in sound from the living room. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great home!

Amazing Place!
We were in Lexington for our daughters National Cheer competition and this property was amazing for our blended family. We had space for everyone and the house is so inviting! The beds are comfortable and we had everything we needed. The owner was amazing with recommendations and letting us use the backyard for a quick cheer practice with her team. It was perfect! Thank you for the great place!

Excellent experience
Me and a group of friends stayed here to attend the railbird festival. Everything was as described and clean. The host even left us a VIP parking pass in case we were attending an event in the city without knowing that was our plan. The neighbor was very quiet and nice. The host even had basic medications supplied as needed. The home was clean and had board games, outdoor fire pit, and comfortable living space for lounging around and watching TV. Overall me and my friends were very pleased and satisfied with our stay.

Great weekend house
We were in town for graduation and this house fit our needs. It’s on a busy street so it can get loud but tolerable. I recommend and would stay here again. It’s nice the host provides toiletries and coffee and fixings. Very nice gesture.

Great location and very well kept and clean
We were No down to visit our daughter that has lived there for about eight months now we went to Keeneland on Friday , which was a great way to spend the day. We went to the distillery district on Saturday the location for both. Was perfect were it sits It was beautifully decorated and we would definitely stay there again. Thanks for a great time.

Great Cozy House in a Central Location
Wonderful experience with this stay. The host was super communicative and a very pleasant experience over all. The home is two story with the majority of the bedrooms on the second floor. The house is pristine and very nicely decorated. We fell in love with the master suite including the large day room, with a super cute vanity. Only downside to this location is also an upside, in that it is on a central street that can see a spike in traffic flow at peak times. The sound doesn't carry in, but the traffic can be quite fast and voluminous.

Loved My Stay
The house was very well stocked. The house had a little Pharmacy in case somebody needed something. All the bathrooms were very well stocked with everything you could need...towels, washcloths, soap, shampoo, Q-tips, cotton swabs, and probably a few other things I'm forgetting. The house had laundry detergent if we had to wash clothes. There was water in the fridge and a nice coffee bar to use. The only thing that I did notice was there were more beds listed than what was actually there. The listing advertises extra beds in the common area. Upon contacting the host I was told that there is a Queen air mattress and another duffle in the garage labeled Linens. The host mentioned moving these to the closet inside. So if you can't find them please be sure to ask. Overall, one of the best places I've stayed. While the house was a little dated it was nice, clean, had everything we could possibly need, and the host was extremely responsive. I will absolutely stay there again.

NICE HOUSE! CLOSE TO EVERYTHING~
a weekend trip for my husband and I, along with 6 other friends. we came in for a day at Keenland. the house had plenty of room. kitchen and bathrooms well stocked. good neighborhood. nice place. convenient to everything. we had 4 cars. parked 2 in garage and 2 in driveway. there is parking on the street too. we will be back.

Great Location, Perfect for what we needed!
House was perfect for our stay visiting family and going to Keeneland. There was a downstairs bedroom and bathroom for our elderly mother and 1 en suite bedroom and 2 other bedrooms with the bath very close upstairs . The home had everything we needed and was close to our nephew, shopping, and restaurants. April was very responsive and helpful when we left items there. Thank you April and would absolutely stay here again!
