What I liked? It is very close to the interstate highway. The room was pretty clean. What I didn't like? Check-in attendant was not around for at least 10 minutes. No bell or any device to let them know if there are customers in the front desk. We had to call the hotel number for us to get checked in. Room doesn't have good sound barrier as we could hear the TV and people talking from the adjacent room.

First room sent to wasnt cleaned, they did promptly get us another room. Only other suggestion would be to have lids or some kind of cover for breakfast foods

Not up to usual standard
Comfortable bed and quiet environment. Christmas time decor consisted of grinch and Halloween decor. No Merry Christmas anywhere unless you count the Merry Grinchmas. Welcome board at front desk on December 17 wished everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. Clerk said she knew it But No one had changed it. Evidently it wasn’t her job. Another guest later pointed it out and two days later it was changed. Eggs were stuck together, obviously overcooked and maybe warmed up from previous day. Waffles and other items were okay. Tables were arranged in long rows so unless you ate at a high top, you were squeezed in with others. Halloweeen decor covered up the tv in the breakfast room. Housekeeping is once every 7 days. Perhaps for the extended stay side that works, but trash accumulates and a little refreshing of the room would have been nice for our three night visit. I have stayed here many times but am rethinking return visits.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful except the older lady with the curly redish hair working Saturday evening. She was annoyed because i asked her for decaf coffee packets, so I wouldn't have to come down in the middle of the night in my pj's to get coffee. I get up around 2 or 3 every morning & we didn't get housekeeping service since we were there for 4 days, and the housekeeper didn't speak english, so she didn't understand what I was asking for. The rest of the staff was fabulous!

The only complaint i have is the elevator quit working during our stay. It was inconvenient to pack all bags down all the stairs.
