It was super clean. I was able to take Hondo, my fur baby who is a 3.5 pound micro mini shitzu. The breakfast was awesome, also.

Excellent place to stay, very friendly, every thing near by including walmart 3 blacks, dollar tree next building 2minutes walking, Bus stop 1-2 minutes walking, downtown 10 minutes, UK university 10 -13 minutes. The bed was very comfortable, the room was very nice and worm, amenities was exellent This Microtel is for everyone individuals, couple, families, and Minorities. I will stay again Very highly recommended

After preparing to shower discovered the bathroom had not been cleaned. The dirty towels were in several locations. There was hair in the shower, sink, and floor. I notified desk clerk who brought us new towels.

Ok, hotel
It would have been nice to know the hotel was undergoing renovations. Room was ok for our two night stay. When i went to check out on sunday morning there was no one at the front desk. So ate a little breakfast while waiting on him to return, but i know it was early but i did expect him to a little more pleasant than he was.

The rooms are about the size of hospital rooms. Very nicely done. No frills. Very clean. All amenities are provided for a basic sleep & go. The pricing can’t be beat. Staff very nice. I will definitely look for this name and brand for future travels.

First impression is seeing the entrance door to the room needing paint but the room was not a disappointment! Clean & updated, comfortable bed and no carpet!
