Whether you're looking for a cozy place to stay or a unique spot to enjoy a cocktail with friends & family, The Melrose Martini is the perfect destination

Melrose Martini is located in a charming, peaceful, family friendly neighborhood in the heart of Chevy Chase. Because we love our neighbors so much, we have a strict quiet hour rule beginning at 10PM. Guests can walk to local restaurants, bars, boutiques, & campus.
You will access this house by using a smart lock with a code created just for you.

Guests have plenty of room to gather with friends & family here at The Melrose Martini! The spacious living room offers plenty of space to sit & watch TV together. You will find a large dining room with 6 seats, an open kitchen, & a sunroom. The backyard is full of room to play yard games or enjoy the Kentucky weather.

EAT
The Melrose Martini has plenty of pots, pans, baking sheets, plates, & bowls for you to enjoy all of your favorite meals. The kitchen has plenty of coffee mugs, drinking glasses, a Keurig, & toaster. You can enjoy dinner or breakfast at the dining room table in the dining room.

SLEEP
With 7 beds, this house comfortably sleeps 10 guests. You will find a sunrun room with a trundle bed offering 2 twin beds. Upstairs, you will find a king bedroom with a smart TV. Next, you will find a queen bedroom with a smart TV. Across the hall is where you will find another queen bedroom. Lastly, you will find the fourth bedroom at the end of the hall with 2 twin beds.

This is the perfect place to truly experience Lexington, Kentucky. While the house is fun enough to make lifelong memories in, we encourage you to get out and explore the neighborhood around you. Property area was good . Property was not the cleanest and had several things wrong or missing. Check in was easy but then had no way to contact if an issue. Sent several emails and no response. Probably wouldn’t stay there again

Mellow on Melrose
This is a wonderful quiet neighborhood full of families. The house is clean, sparsely decorated and has the basics anyone on a short stay could need. If you want a place to quietly read- you will need to bring your own lamp as there are none. Also if you want a porch to sit on Bring your chairs ( we borrowed from family who live near. It’s a lovely, older, quiet house in a great quiet neighborhood in walking distance to bars, restaurants, churches, schools and UK.

Amazing!
This is a beautiful, spacious property that is only blocks from nice restaurants and shops. Our family enjoyed the four upstairs bedrooms, the downstairs bonus room (which doubles as a bedroom with doors), and the lovely kitchen. The backyard and front porch were also nice areas to sit to enjoy conversation and nature. We highly recommend this place.

A short stay
The home was very charming but not kid friendly (glass table, glass displays in dining room). We stayed just one night as we were passing through to Chicago. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint as well as being very close in proximity to shops and restaurants. We were getting nervous for check-in as we had not heard anything until after check-in time, but the host quickly responded once I sent a second message. I wished there were chairs for outside as we had a lovely porch to sit on. The place was clean and decorated very nicely.
