No internet; no television; no shampoo or soap in bathroom; the computers or something was down and only 1 key card "master" card available. The parking lot needs attention and a leaky roof with a bucket in the hall was there all weekend. Towels are very thin, should give more than 1 per person per room.

Know that there were approximately 6 steps to get access to first floor rooms. Not sure about other floors. Nice having full refridge, micro, stove top, dishwasher and sink in “kitchen”. Stocked with dishes, etc. Full sized beds were comfortable in double bed room. Quiet. Safe neighborhood. Breakfast consisted on carbs - waffles, oatmeal, muffins, pastries, yogurt, apples, apple and orange juice. Updated, clean.

I wasn't sure based on some of the reviews I had read. Our room was clean ,stocked, and everything was in good condition. The staff was good, when we checked out the lady was uninterested in us, but lets be real customer service skills in todays world suck. If we would be in the area I would stay here again
