This is by far the best hotel we have stayed at. The staff are so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They always greet us with a smile. We literally will not stay anywhere else.

The beds were not as comfortable as the LaQuinta we stated in Saint Augustine Florida. The Air Conditioning was not as cool as it should be..We were on the third floor..Barhroom was nice and remideled.Tv was very nice.

When we checked in, I immediately noticed a table in the lobby with fresh cookies and lemonade. I loved that! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and everything was clean. This was also one of the cheapest stays i saw with great ratings, so that is fantastic!

Just an over night stay. Conveniently located by I 75. Staff is friendly and helpful. Suite was nice to have. Room could use some paint but overall good condition. A couple of the wall outlets didn’t work. Anything you plugged in just fell out. The room was clean and no smells. Will stay again as it’s at the halfway point to our final destination.

Our room smelled really bad. It had not been cleaned as I feel it should have. There was dust on the counter by the window as well as where the tv was. There were roaches in our room that I reported once we saw. Our bedding was not clean, thankfully we always bring our own. I read reviews and was disappointed after arriving.

They just switched to some new system canary or something like that and it ended up overcharging my card for my room. It was a bit inconvenient and stressful but when I returned to the hotel the lady at the front desk was wonderful and took the time to explain it to me. She also explained about the new system and how I received a text message to pre register checkin it wanted me to confirm my card so I thought. Well it had the same card listed as two forms of payment and charged my card again. She quickly resolved the issue and was all around wonderful. The only thing that grossed me out was the bathroom light switch that had a questionable smug on it lol. Me and my girls just left the light on and closed the bathroom door at night. Of course the rest of the room was excellent and this was just an oversight as no one’s perfect. I didn’t even bring it up to staff. Pool was a bit overcrowded due to a cheerleader competition going on which is understandable however this is more of a complaint about parenting letting kids toss in towels and stuff into the pool with a few parents just watching. Also no place to sit because 3 parents that were there had to use a chair to put their feet on. These parents seen others standing without regard to others. My 11 & 12 year actually wanted to go because of how crazy the other kids were being older and younger kids. I am sad I forgot our sub sandwich we purchased for the ride home and my pickle in the mini fridge lol. I woul
