The property was nice, also the staff. We were given a different room from reservation. The staff was asked to put us in our requested and did oblige. Correct room worst night of sleep. The blinds were broken and did not adjust leaving them open a bit...however there were no curtains to help block the light...and I mean light because there was an extremely bright outdoor light on the building aiming directly at the rooms 6 windows. The shower did not have a knob accessible to use it. This was the Junior suite. We left promptly in the morning the staff was understanding and adjusted the 4 night stay to reflect a single night. I'd imagine a groud floor room would be more accommodating. The breakfast was nothing more than things to grab not a real breakfast. There also is no Elevator on the property. It was clean and inexpensive

The staff was friendly. The breakfast consisted of blueberry muffins ,cereal , bagels, toast and juice and coffee. It wasn’t a lot but it was enough to get the day started. The room was clean and we had several restaurants in walking distance. Don’t know what else you could ask for.

Where to start? We got to check in and the night clerk, named Richard seemed friendly at first. But then he went on a rant about pronouns and trans people and how he doesn't even know what to call people. It took forever to get checked in due to the rant. The toilet ran all night and couldn't get anyone to come fix it. But whatever. Finally, the bed is the hardest bed I have ever stayed. My fiance and I couldn't even sleep due to the pain from how firm it was. And finally, the breakfast? A joke. They didn't even have orange juice in the dispenser. Clean property but staff was t helpful and the bed was terrible.

Safety Hazard ~ plug hanging "out" of wall~ desk chair needed steam cleaning ~ toilet ran when you flushed ~ black on outlet cover, perhaps wiring issue? NO HEAT...would only go to 80, then had to turn AC to cool off. No sleep at all..Checked out early the next morning & refund refused..still waiting on Expedia to find out why...now 3 weeks ago. They refused, at first, now Expedia said they contacted hotel..Why they have a "8" star rating, I don't know...
