Upgrades needed
If the owner would invest some money to make some small upgrades to his home it would make a world of difference. Leather couch is extremely worn & was flaking off onto our clothes. No means to make coffee which should be a basic item available and can get a cheap Keurig to cover that. There was no welcome basket as described.First place I have stayed in that didn’t provide even body soap much less shampoo. Bathrooms need a deep cleaning as bottoms of toilet were filthy. Even bathroom drawers were empty but were dirty with dust and hair. Rest of the house cleanliness wasn’t bad but not great for the amount of money we spent. Unfortunately would not return or recommend.

Unsuitable for rental
When we pulled up to the property we were quick to notice there was nothing "luxurious" awaiting us. The property was overgrown with weeds and an old car in the driveway (when we first called host confirmed it was a relative's that was left in driveway). Upon entering the home we faced with the smell of terrible cigarette smoke (not good when we had a daughter with asthma). After our 7 hour drive we all needed to use the bathroom. We were unable to find a single towel in any of them (washcloth, bath towel, etc). Soap wasn't readily available either. After we thoroughly walked around the home it was clear it was not up to a VRBO level of rental. Sheets were faded on beds, perishable food was found in the refrigerator, hair on toilets, the backyard had an old tractor that appears to have sat in the weeds for years. Overturned cooler in deck and another cooler strewn in the backyard. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
