Great Location and condo
The condo was beautiful! Everything was laid out and wonderfully decorated. The location is amazing close to everything. It is a little noisy by the major street, but there are earplugs and a noise machine that is provided. We would definitely come back and stay again.

Very nice, new townhouse. Loved the decor. While we loved how close it was to the UK campus, it was on a very busy intersection; lots of traffic noise and sirens.

This property was in a great location and convenient to everything. Well furnished and stocked with trash bags, dishwasher pods, paper towels, etc. Owner was responsive before and during our stay. I would definitely stay here on a return trip to Lexington.

Perfect weekend stay for a game at Rupp Arena
This property was perfect for a weekend stay to attend a game at Rupp Arena. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed - great beds, great water pressure - just a very nice property with garage parking. And the bonus is we were able to walk to and from the Arena from the home which made the experience that much better. I've rented a lot of properties for weekend and vacation stays since we are a family of five and often have teenage friends tag along, so hotels are not ideal. This one was top notch. Property manager responded to a question within minutes. Highly recommend.
