Close to the trails of South Mountain, ASU, Mill Avenue, and Sky Harbor airport, it’s just a stone’s throw from tons of golf destinations, Scottsdale, Chase Field ballpark and downtown Phoenix. Enjoy all the adventures available in Arizona, or just relax and grill out by the pool in the back yard playing corn hole and watching the gorgeous AZ sunsets.

The space
This modern and airy open concept 4BR/3BA home boasts a fun game room up front with air hockey, foosball, arcade table and a plethora of board games. A beautifully updated kitchen has everything you need to entertain and cook for yourself. 5 beds and a pullout couch comfortably sleeps 10, plus a pack & play crib and an additional fold-out bed in the master gives you plenty of kid options as well. With 3 smart TVs throughout, everyone will be entertained. The large driveway easily fits 6 cars with a Tesla charger on site. In the back yard you’ll find a pool with a patio lounge area with propane fire pit and a grill. Corn hole boards, jumbo jenga and checkers offer more activities for the family.

Access to the home is through a convenient digital lock - the code will be sent prior to check in. Guests have access to all parts of the property except a small owner’s closet with cleaning supplies for the property
