The room was large, clean and quiet. Plus it had a nice view over the town and river. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfest was great. We'll definitely stay here again.

I was not given the room I had reserved even though I checked in at 3:20 (3:00 being the time to check in) I had reserved a king accessable with river view. They had none left. They gave me two queens accessable on 4th floor under a huge generater that had a loud roar when it came on and ran. They gave me a discount for each night but since my husband and I had never been there we were looking forward to the view. Also there TV system does not carry CBS and we had to leave on Sunday and find a place to watch the Seahawk game.

For the price point of our stay, we were very disappointed. The noise level around our room and above our room was terrible!! The hotel was not built to keep noise at a minimum. Our room was certainly not up the standards to where we’ve stayed at other Hamptons. One tired chair, a flickering light, shower leaking. A toilet that was the size for a child in height. Most senior citizens 70 and above, would definitely struggle with standing up from that. I cannot believe that a new built hotel would not accommodate a larger toilet for all rooms. I am currently reviewing the Lewiston Hampton Inn At the Spokane Hampton Inn, we are currently checked into. The room smelled fresh when entering it is much cleaner, two overstuffed chairs, a toilet area separate from make up and shaving area. Several notches above our stay in Lewiston Hampton Inn.
