Situated in the Sandbar Village community just a few minutes from the historic downtown area of Lewes, Delaware, this location offers easy access to Coastal Highway and is in close proximity to Lewes and Rehoboth Beach, as well as Historic Downtown Lewes. Enjoy fine dining and tax-free shopping at the nearby Tanger Outlets! This condominium spans over 1900 square feet and boasts 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths, accommodating up to 10 guests. It includes a luxurious soaking tub with jets for relaxation after a day at the beach, an open floor plan with an 8ft American Heritage slate pool table, a spacious granite island for additional dining space, and hardwood floors throughout the main areas leading to an outdoor balcony with a pond view. The community also offers a pool for your enjoyment, open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all necessary cooking appliances, utensils, cups, plates, etc.

Bedroom arrangements are as follows:
- Master bedroom: King bed
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed
- Bedroom 3: Bunk bed with trundle (2 twin, 1 full)
- Queen sleeper sofa in the family room

Additionally, a pack and play are provided for your little ones.

House Rules:

- A $200 cleaning fee will be collected at the time of booking
- Renters will receive a code via email or text for the keypad to unlock the front door
- 1 keycard is available for pool access, with a $35 replacement fee for lost keys
- Renters must provide their own toiletries
- A cover is provided for the pool table; please use it when not in use

Strict enforcement of noise complaints from neighbors is in effect. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 6 am, and a noise monitoring system is in place, alerting the owner if noise levels exceed a certain threshold.

- 1st noise notification: Warning
- 2nd noise notification: $50 fine
- 3rd noise notification: Immediate eviction

Smoking inside the unit incurs a $75 fee, and any additional guests beyond the limit of 10 will result in a $50 charge per person.

2024 Girls Beach Trip

The property is very nice. The location is good. The condo was clean, equipped with everything you may need. Overall an amazing vacation. The host was very helpful and answered questions. Access to the property was very easy. No key to have to stop and get. The keyless entry box was amazing!! We will definitely be booking there for next year!!

Perfect for week at the beach

This is our second summer staying at Josh’s condo. It’s the perfect place to come back to after a day at the beach. It’s a short drive to Lewes, Cape Henlopen, and Rehobeth beaches, as well as lots of shops and restaurants. The condo is spacious and a great place to relax and unwind in the evening. The pool table and the community swimming pool are a great plus for our family. Hoping to return again in the future.

Nice place, as advertised. Pool table was fun. Could use a few updates - for example, a few pool cues were missing tips, the TP dispenser was broken, sheer curtains in bedroom overlooking public walkway. No major issues.

Perfect stay

We stayed at Joshua’s property for two nights. The place is exactly as described in the listing, very spacious with plenty of things to do nearby. Joshua is also very responsive should you need to get a hold of him. Highly recommend.

Great place for beach vacation

The condo is great! The pictures don't accurately show just how spacious the condo is. Lots of space to spread out. The pool table was a great way to spend the evenings in some friendly competition with my kids. A short drive to Lewes, Cape Henlopen, and Rehobeth beaches. The community pool was nice, not crowded and relaxing. The whole community is very quiet, and a great place to retreat to after a day at the beach. The master suite with jacuzzi tub was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again in the future and would definitely recommend to others.

Beautiful Condo.

The Condo was spacious and very beautiful. Very clean, with ample towels and linens. The bedrooms were roomy with bathrooms right beside the bedrooms. The balcony was nice sized and the pool table was a great extra for fun. Had a wonderful time.

Condo was very nice and well equipped. It was nice to have towels provided. Everyone enjoyed the pool table especially when it rained. Pool was nice and close to condo. Outdoor sitting area had a nice view of the pond which was relaxing. Close to beaches and boardwalks and lots to do in the area.

Wonderful place in perfect location

The location, pool and aesthetic of this condo is fantastic. Pool table was a HUGE hit, porch was great, bedrooms and bathrooms perfect. My ONLY issue was the awful waterproof sheet on the king bed and constant squeek of the bed frame with ANY movement. Not worth removing a star but prob worth a change.

Perfect ,we go into Lewes more than Rehoboth,so quick drive in. Close to many things. Our favorite restaurants,one being Big Fish was up the road. Right by the elevator,if you need that.

Pool table was a winner

Our family of 9 stayed at this condo (we brought an airbed). Towels and linens were plentiful for our extra bed and I liked that they were in sealed packages (confirming that they were clean). The pool table offered a great way to recreate and spend time together, as well as the balcony overlooking the pond fountain. The condo is updated and nicely decorated. The master bath is huge and has an extra vanity and sink outside the actual bathroom which is super helpful with so many people. The toilet is also private within the master bath which allowed others to use the other parts of the bathroom. at the same time.. The community pool was a short walk, was clean and the salt water (vs. chlorine) made it easy to stay in for quite a while. Overall we enjoyed our stay here very much!
