Stunning newly built contemporary ground floor offering comfortable accommodation with own entrance, set in the lovely rural village of Newick.

We offer a warm welcome to all our guests from around the world.

Our lovely new self catering holiday home comprises of architecturally vaulted ceilings in the lounge, and the spacious double bedroom (king sized bed) with en-suite shower room, kitchen and dining area, free wifi and parking.

Large TVs in both lounge and bedroom, Sky, DVD and IPod system in lounge.
2 USB connections. Underfloor heating.

Well appointed fully equipped new kitchen with full size fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, electric, washing machine.
All items including kitchen appliances are brand new.
A complimentary Welcome Pack of tea, coffee, sugar, and many extras provided.
Bathroom with walk-in power shower, wc and basin. Towels and linen supplied.

The sunny patio terraced area is accessed through full length doors for the bedroom and is a perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine.
The property offers off road parking.

Newick has three popular public houses with restaurants, a coffee shop, and an excellent Tandoori restaurant. Also convenience stores, hairdressers, butcher, baker shop and Off licence all in walking distance. Two local garage/fuel stations with supporting supermarket within 2/3 miles. More excellent pubs and restaurants just a few miles away.

To the north is Sheffield Park Gardens and the Bluebell Railway.

This property is unique which makes you feel special. It was immaculate with nice touches like leaving bread, milk, a couple of eggs and bacon in the fridge we really enjoyed staying there.

Perfect location and comfortable accommodation
We stayed here for a week as we had tickets for 3 operas at Glyndebourne which is only 10 miles away along mostly quiet country roads, Ann and Paul were delightful and helpful hosts and the accommodation was ideal. The bonus was that there were pubs and a cafe within walking distance.

Home away from home
Newick was an ideal location for us to visit friends and family whilst we were waiting to move into our new house. Paul and Ann were very good hosts and a welcome pack was provided. Silvergrove is a well-equipped up to date apartment in a very pleasant ideal spot for the village. Fully recommended.

Delightful Short Stay
The owner obviously takes great pride in their rental property and in providing the very best of service. The property is a superb example of a conversion and contains absolutely everything we needed for our short stay. The welcome food / drink package was very welcome, and the standard of cleanliness exemplary. The home was so well equipped, and the kitchen included every appliance - even a washing machine. We enjoyed a very relaxing short stay close to some wonderful pub / restaurants. Thank you again

Stylish modern apartment close to Weald and Downs
We were made very welcome and comfortable in Ann and Paul’s meticulous, stylish and modern apartment, and enjoyed our short stay there. Everything you could possibly want had been provided including a well stocked fridge! Ideally placed for good walking in beautiful countryside - one to be recommended.
