Best sports team hotel in Lethbridge!
The front desk was very friendly and accommodating with our sports team. The rooms were so clean and comfortable and the breakfast was perfect for everyone in our group.

The breakfast provided was great! Our room was supposed to be 2 queen beds and a pullout couch. Though the front desk assured me that is what was in our room, it definitely wasn't. The beds were definitely doubles (my bed at home is a queen) and we found a half full cup of orange juice sitting on a shelf in the bathroom from a previous occupant. Also, the french doors between the two rooms in our sweet didnt close properly. The pool is nice and so is the hot tub. The pool is a smaller one and is 4 to 5 feet deep all over. There were some life jackets provided so shorter children were okay. The waterslide was a lot of fun and my kids loved it.

The pool was nice, and the waterslide fast! Room was very nice and the separate bedroom was a nice touch. I wish there were better dining options... or really ANY dining options nearby.

Couples get away!

Not the warmest welcome
We arrived 1 hr 10 min before check in. We could have checked in early - for a fee - we wanted to change rooms (due to my error while booking) there was a different room available for 1 of our nights - for a fee - we booked a king room (not the lowest priced option). Our king room only had 3 pillows, and 2 bath towels (for 2 adults) Over all our stay was good, the bed was really comfortable, and breakfast was great. I was disappointed that the welcome wasn't warmer. If I go back to Lethbridge I would stay at a different hotel.

The room was clean and cozy. Hotel breakfast room had an institutional feel to it. Hudson's Pub across the street was really good. But the neighborhood not so much. The Park down the street, unfortunately, was not a pleasant place to go.
