Everything was reasonably to be expected. I mean, this is a budget option. I was really turned off by the deposit policy, mainly the items listed. One was a mention if the police came you would not get the damage deposit returned. Another was rerenting the room to another individual. Just in really poor taste and gave the impression that there was a lot of criminal activity there. I mean yes, this is a budget option but it was also $150/nt due to low vacancies in the city. There was a group of young girls there for a sporting event, so this is a place that is reasonably priced and needed- not everyone cares to drop $200-300 on a room! The clientele seemed fine and these must be rare instances and not worth mentioning A lot of assumptions thats all I will say. I think the last thing I would be mentioning to guest checking in are these rare instances, just a bad first impression. Also the walls need to be cleaned better. I get time is tight but a wipe here and there is a must. Just my 2 cent. Wouldn’t recommend unless you are desperate

Staff at reception very willing to accommodate you! They even sent me a coffee machine to the room (the Motel didn't have it in the room). Rooms are tiny and bare, but clean and functional. Moreover, they serve an OK breakfast, even though it was not in the Expedia website.

It has a cold breakfast in the morning. But i would avoid this motel!! The bed was horrible it was old and had a dip on the one side. The check in lady was so rude and ignorant. Check out lady was amazing tho. Very shady part of Lethbridge so i should of known. My sisters car got broke into and they tried to steal it

Smelled bad, like had been smoked in, very small, no parking on the side my room was on. I stay in a lot of hotels and for the 120$ price tag per night was a little steep.
