No comforter or shams on the bed, just 2 sheets. Coffee was terrible. Staff was very nice though. Drug addicts sitting on my trailer in parking lot. Extremely loud with the traffic and construction guys were outside working until after 8pm right outside my window. Zero breakfast. For the price and location will not be back

Propertyis under reservation externally so but staff is ensuring you get around any issues. Excellent restaurant on site and staff are great. Room was small but well appointed and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Room not ready at check in. Room faced front of hotel and was extremely noisy with conference room guests (wedding) making a lot of noise unril about 2 am. Then guests talking loudly in hallway after that. Bathroom dark, light flickering, no shower curtain and toilet quit working. Had to walk through a cloud of smoke to get into main lobby from smokers outside. Lobby and elevators smell like smoke. Would give zero stars if I could.

I stayed at this hotel for the restaurant. Firestone is 10/10, they have Pelee island wine and delicious steak. I stayed in room 210, toilet was dirty, bathroom floor was dirty, stains all over the carpet floor, bed and pillows smelled like mens cologne. I am very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. My room was right across from stairs, door closing all night was very loud, the AC is also very loud waking me up every time it kicks on. Not sure I would stay here again. No bottled water in room.
