Located on the embankment, very popular with holidaymakers and on the front line facing the ocean, this flat offers all the comforts you need, just a stone's throw from the main beach and the shops in Les Sables d'Olonne town centre.

The flat comprises a large living room opening onto the sea-facing balcony, equipped with a sofa, armchair, coffee table, dining table, six chairs and TV.
The south-facing balcony has a table, chairs and sun loungers, so you can relax after a day on the beach, or spend some quality time with family and friends!
A separate, fully-equipped kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, kettle, microwave, bread grill and SENSEO coffee maker.

Bathroom with shower and vanity unit with storage space.

On the night side, there is a first double bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and plenty of storage space, including a chest of drawers and cupboard.
The second bedroom has three 90cm beds, perfect for children, and is equipped with a wardrobe and bedside tables.

For added convenience, there is a parking space in a private garage in the basement of the residence.
