Description of the chalet: The chalet consists of:
Ground floor: a large kitchen with an adjoining ground floor cellar (with a WC). A dining room for 18 people, a large living room with fireplace, a TV room.

1st floor: 3 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 single bed, 1 bedroom with double bed and 2 pull-out beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms, 1 separate toilet.

2nd floor: 2 bedrooms (each with 2 single beds), 1 shower room

Equipments: Fitted kitchen: Electric hotplates, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, household appliances, oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer.

Dishes and other kitchen utensils are available.
In the cellar, wood for the fireplace is at your disposal.

séjour neige ,noel en famille
Très vieille hotel des année 1950 ,mais très fonctionnel pour une grande famillecomme la notre bien placer pour un séjour de sky .l'équipement intérieur est complet rien à redire .

Séjour agréable
Chalet idéalement placé à quelques minutes des télé-cabines. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille. Toutefois, il serait bien de compléter certains éléments de vaisselle comme les verres à pied ou coupe de champagne qui manquent cruellement. Aussi, la propreté n'est pas égale dans tout le logement (poussière et papiers de bonbons sous les lits) et aucun inventaire n'est effectué entre les locations pour le nécessaire (sac aspirateur par exemple). Nous étions une dizaine qui est, à mon avis, le nombre maximum compte tenu de la taille de la salle et du nombre de toilettes. La cave attenante à la cuisine est pratique pour le retour des pistes.

Agreable sejour entre amis
Nous avons passé un agreable sejour à 4 familles d'amis dans cette location spacieuse et bien equipée ! Certe les années commencent à faire leur oeuvre sur ce chalet mais il est grand, se compose de nombreuses chambres et se trouve proche du depart du telecabine du Prarion (acces a pied en 5 minutes).

Chalet spacieux, bien équipé et proche des pistes
Que de bons souvenirs autant pour les grands que pour les petits. Chacun a trouvé son bonheur autant sur les pistes des Houches que dans le chalet aux volumes généreux et joliment décoré. On a apprécié de ne pas utilisé les voitures de toute la semaine.

L annonce prévoyait un montant de location avec le ménage compris et juste avant on nous demande trois cent euros de plus pour le ménage et des linge de maison et draps. L état de la maison ne montre pas de nettoyage soigné ...toile d araignée dans les sanitaires... Nous ne conseillons pas cet endroit et avons remonté l information à Abritel.

Impeccable pour les familles
Nous avons appréciés la grandeur du chalet, nous étions 17 personnes et tout le monde avait son espace, avec les 9 chambres et les grands espaces communs, cuisine fonctionnelle. La situation du chalet à 200m du départ du télécabine du priaron et de l'école de ski. Une bonne adresse pour notre séjour en famille avec plusieurs couples et enfants.

Un excellent séjour de ski avec 4 familles. Chalet spacieux et agréable. Confort basique ( seulement 2 toilettes) mais suffisant! Proximité avec la télécabine du prarion très appréciable: 5 minutes de marche.

Les vacances parfaites !
Quel plaisir que de se retrouver à plusieurs familles d’amis dans un vaste espace si chaleureux, bien équipé et à proximité de tout y compris les pistes et le rassemblement ESF avec nos enfants. C’était parfait ! Nous n’avons pas pris nos voitures de toute la semaine, les commodités étaient à proximité à pied et il y avait même l’arrêt de bus à deux pas de la maison pour aller se balader dans les villages à proximité. Bref nous recommandons vivement ce gîte ! Bien cordialement Benoît
