Hello, Thank you for your feedback : as mentioned in the room directory displayed in the guests room iron is available on request at the reception. Kettles as well on request at the reception. Kind regards

Merci pour vos remarques. En effet, notre décoration florale de géranium de cet été avait une maladie déjà présente à la mise en terre ce qui nous a obligé à les retirer avant la fin de la saison. Concernant l'éclairage extérieur nocturne : c'est notre parti pris de ne plus le laissé activer en permanence dés lors que tout nos hôtes sont arrivés à l'hôtel : en effet le GIEC (Groupement d'Experts Intergouvernemental sur l'Evolution du Climat) atteste que la consommation d'éclairage a un impact négatif sur l'émission de CO2 dans l'atmosphère. Merci d'avoir contribué à l'amélioration de la qualité de notre établissement.

Nous vous serions très reconnaissants de prendre contact avec nous afin que nous puissions comprendre votre propos : en effet c'est la première fois, d’où son intérêt particulier, que nous avons une telle remarque alors que les photos sont mêmes faites par nous-mêmes et non par un photographe extérieur professionnel surtout professionnel des logiciels de retouche comme à l'habitude.
