This fantastic house half, a converted barn, is located in the beautiful Loire Valley, which is characterized mainly by its many impressive castles. Many activities in the area such as golfing, fishing, hiking, biking or horseback riding possible. You can also look forward to wine tasting and exciting museums. Check out the impressive chateau in Brissac, which also boasts a weekly market, and 12 km away, Angers is at your feet with a diverse cultural offering. This quiet location is ideal for a relaxing time. FVM021, FVM032 and FVM033 can be booked together for a larger group.

Maison très sympa avec 1 style tres rustique . 1 propriétaire d une extrême gentillesse. Se lever avec vue sur les vignes est génial. Bonne situation géographique .nous avons passés 1 très bonne semaine. Merci à emmanuel de la part des caennais

Gite
Trop sale et poussiereux. Pas de ménage fait avant notre arrivée. Relaver la vaisselle n'est pas une option. Propriétaire sympathique mais ne s'occupe pas correctement de l'intérieur de son gîte.

Le logement est tout d’abord difficile à localiser, même avec un gps! La maison est spacieuse et le propriétaire est très arrangeant, et accueillant. Malgré tout, la propreté est vraiment à revoir, la literie à peine confortable et le potentiel du logement est gâché par un arrangement hétéroclite de mobilier et déco de style différent. C’est dommage car il y a un vrai potentiel et de l’espace.

Belle bâtisse au coeur des vignes
La bâtisse a du potentiel, rustique et authentique. L'équipement est basique mais l'essentiel est là. Literie à revoir dans la chambre "enfants". Attention à la propreté..... Séjour début octobre, temps pluvieux: nous aurions apprécié un peu de chauffage au retour de nos "ballades humides". Le cadre est magnifique, vignes à perte de vue. Proche d'Angers, très bien situé tout en étant au calme dans un petit hameau.

Un propriétaire répondant à toutes les demandes, nous renseignant sur la région. Logement aménagé avec meubles brocantes rendant le bien atypique. Belle situation au milieu des vignes. Proche d'Angers et des ses quartiers touristiques, historiques et commerciaux. Très calme. Chambres confortables et spacieuses. L'essentiel est présent pour cuisiner. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Ne pas réserver si vous chercher à louer du neuf mais à conseiller pour les amateurs de bâtiments atypiques et campagnards.
